YOUR AWAKENING STARTS HERE
Ways to Work Together
01. Coaching for Individuals
Midlife is a time of powerful transitions — relationship changes, empty-nesting, menopause, and spiritual or sexual awakenings. All these changes can lead to disconnection and dissatisfaction with yourself and in your relationships.
Individual coaching offers a grounded, compassionate space to come home to who you are and what you want next. Through somatic practices, guided emotional work, and honest conversation, I’ll help you deepen your self-awareness, build confidence around your desires, and let go of the stories that have kept you stuck.
For men, this work often becomes a reset — a chance to step out of old roles and learn a calmer, more emotionally connected way of showing up in relationships and in your own life.
You’ll walk away feeling clearer, more confident, more alive, and more at ease in your own body and life.
RECONNECT WITH YOURSELF
RECONNECT WITH EACH OTHER
02. Coaching for Couples
Midlife can shift the ground beneath even the strongest relationships. Kids grow up, bodies change, routines take over, and it’s easy to slip into a relationship that feels more like roommates than romantic partners.
I coach couples who want to understand what’s changed in their relationship, better navigate desire differences and communication blocks, and find their way back to each other with more openness and ease. This is your relationship and together you get to create/rewrite the “rules”.
You’ll walk away with a relationship that feels more connected and nourishing, and a sex life that feels more satisfying and aligned with what you both want.
FOCUSED SUPPORT
03. Themed Packages
Sometimes you need a clear, supportive path through something specific. These themed packages offer three or more sessions designed to help you move through one area of growth with clarity, confidence, and grounded guidance. They’re available for both individuals and couples.
Each themed package gives you focused, compassionate support so you can make real progress where it matters most.
Some of the themes I offer include:
Breaking Patterns
Understand your attachment style, soften old dynamics, and learn new ways of relating that feel healthier and more aligned.

Reconnecting Together

Sex, touch, and boundaries
Real change happens through experience — not just talking about intimacy, but learning how it actually feels to be in connection with another person.
Because this is experiential work, we may use consensual, fully clothed touch to help you practice skills like presence, attunement, boundary-setting, or expressing desire. Think of our sessions as a relational practice space. This is a place to explore what connection feels like, try new ways of relating, and build the confidence to bring those skills into your real relationships.
Together, we create a space where you can learn what aligned intimacy feels like — safely, clearly, and without pressure.
You may have some questions…
-
Every session is different because it’s tailored to what you need.
We usually start with conversation — understanding what’s coming up for you, where you feel stuck, and what you’re wanting more of in your life or relationship. From there, I guide you through experiential practices that help you feel patterns in your body, not just talk about them.
This can include breathwork, somatic awareness, communication tools, boundary exercises, or guided intimacy practices.
My goal is to help you feel more connected to yourself, more confident in your desires, and more at ease in your relationships.
-
While there may be sexual conversation and sexual energy, there are no explicit sexual acts. Sessions are fully clothed and touch is only used with consent — for both of us.
However, because we’re working with intimacy, desire, and connection, some experiences may feel warm, energetic, or sensual. We may explore topics like pleasure, desire, or erotic energy, and I may demonstrate certain kinds of touch. This helps you understand and regulate your own responses in a grounded, supported way.
Everyone remains fully clothed, and your comfort and ongoing consent are the foundation of everything we do.
-
Traditional therapy is often talk-based. My work is experiential and embodied.
Instead of only talking about patterns, we work with how they actually show up — in your communication, your boundaries, your reactions, and the way you relate. My work is experiential, which means you get to practice new skills with someone who’s fully present with you. I show up as a real person, sharing insights, offering feedback, and modeling what secure connection can feel like.
For many people (especially midlife men and women), it’s the first time they’ve experienced a relationship where they can drop the mask, feel seen, and safely practice new ways of being.
You’ll gain tools, but also felt experiences that you can take into your real life and relationships.
-
Yes — and many men tell me this work is life-changing for them.
Men often haven’t had a space where they can talk openly about desire, intimacy, shame, conditioning, or the pressure to “perform” emotionally or sexually.
I offer a grounded, non-judgmental environment where you can learn to communicate, attune, set boundaries, understand your needs, and build confidence in relationships. Many men experience this work as a “practice relationship” — a safer space to learn how to show up differently.
-
Absolutely.
Individual coaching is a beautiful way to rebuild self-trust, understand your patterns, deepen self-connection, and prepare for future relationships. Many people say this work helped them feel more confident dating, and helped them choose partners who were truly aligned.
-
Sometimes, but only with your explicit consent, within clear boundaries, and only in service of your growth.
Touch is used intentionally to help you practice things like:
noticing your own boundaries
understanding desire and responsiveness
practicing different types of presence or energy
Staying present with desire or emotion
modeling how certain forms of touch can feel safe, connected, or passionate

Reaching out for this kind of support is vulnerable, and many people feel both nervous and hopeful at the same time.
Booking the call is often the bravest step. You won’t be judged. You won’t be rushed. You won’t be expected to have everything “figured out.”
Our connection call is simply a chance to meet, talk for a few minutes, and see whether my work feels right for you.
-
It all depends. Some people come for a single session to work through one specific block. Others come every two weeks for deeper, longer-term transformation.
In my experience, the most meaningful breakthroughs happen with consistent engagement, because real change takes time, practice, and integration.
I meet with most clients every 2–4 weeks. This schedule allows plenty of time for integration without losing momentum. And most people find this pacing to feel grounding and sustainable.
If you’re not sure where to start, we’ll figure it out together.

I offer both in-person and virtual sessions. .
If you’re in the Bay Area, I work with clients in person in my Walnut Creek office. Meeting in person is especially supportive for couples or individuals exploring embodied practices.
If you’re outside of the Bay Area or even if virtual is just your prefer, I do offer virtual coaching as well. Experiential practices translate surprisingly well to Zoom, and many clients (including couples) prefer the privacy and ease of meeting from home.
